Injectable methylcellulose microfoam enables rapid bedside/in vivo generation of CAR-T cells by colocalizing patient PBMCs, gene therapy vectors, and stimulatory cues. The platform enhances gene transfer, minimizes systemic vector exposure, and produces therapeutically effective CAR-T cells without conventional ex vivo manufacturing, potentially expanding patient access to cellular immunotherapy.
