AIM: A Privacy-Aware Interoperable Memory Framework for Multi-Agent Multi-User LLM Systems

arXiv:2609.12320v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Traditional large language models (LLMs) are scoped to individual user sessions, limiting their knowledge to a single conversation and preventing them from learning user preferences that evolve over time. Existing agentic memory systems address this limitation but generally operate at the individual-user level, restricting the public knowledge that could be shared across users to improve downstream responses. We introduce AIM (Agentic Interoperable Memory), a unified, privacy-aware memory framework that enables multi-agent, multi-user LLM systems to persistently manage private and shared memory. AIM dynamically classifies information as private, scoped to one user and inaccessible to others, or public, accessible to all users. It enforces index-level access controls so that private memories are retrievable only by their owner, protecting sensitive data while allowing beneficial shared knowledge to improve coordination and consistency. We also introduce MUMBench (Multi-User Memory Benchmark), a dataset of multi-user interactions containing private and shareable information across four domains. To our knowledge, MUMBench is the first public dataset designed to evaluate multiple memory operations, including retrieval, creation, update, and deletion, in a multi-user environment. Across three independent runs on MUMBench, AIM achieves 96.0% visibility classification accuracy, 58.8% strict operation accuracy, and 70.5% state-aware operation accuracy.

BlueLM-GUI Technical Report: A Real-Device-Centric Flywheel for Self-Improving Mobile GUI Agents

arXiv:2609.12394v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Mobile GUI agents are shifting from multi-module frameworks to native models trained end-to-end, yet industrial deployment faces three persistent gaps. Sandbox training produces a distribution mismatch with production environments; expensive real-device failures remain underutilized; and fixed benchmarks saturate, losing the power to guide iteration. We present BlueLM-GUI, a 35B-A3B mobile GUI agent built as a real-device-centric flywheel that closes these gaps through three principles. Every Sample Matters: a dual-track pipeline with Heterogeneous Triple-System Consensus evaluation and an Error Correction \& Derivation Module salvages every trajectory into usable supervision. Every Rollout Is Real: a three-stage recipe---continual pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, and agentic reinforcement learning on hundreds of real phones---grounds every rollout in real production environments, so the capability the model learns transfers directly to deployment. Every Query Evolves: a quota-driven benchmark methodology with three orthogonal axes enables precise attribution and allows the benchmark to be systematically upgraded as the model improves. BlueLM-GUI achieves 87.4 on MobileGUI-VBench, surpassing the best closed-source model by 5.1 points, and 84.9 on AndroidWorld, the best result among open-source models and competitive with closed-source models. These results demonstrate that grounding model training and iterative improvement in both real devices and the three Every principles yields strong, robust, and transferable mobile GUI capability.

Infeasibility Aware Large Language Models for Combinatorial Optimization

arXiv:2604.01455v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Large language models (LLMs) are increasingly explored for NP-hard combinatorial optimization problems, but most existing methods emphasize feasible-instance solution generation and do not explicitly address infeasibility detection. We propose an infeasibility-aware framework that combines certifiable dataset construction, supervised fine-tuning, and LLM-assisted downstream search. For the minor-embedding problem, we introduce a new mathematical programming formulation together with provable zero-phase infeasibility screening, which enables scalable construction of training instances labeled either as feasible with structured certificates or as certifiably infeasible. Using training data generated through this exact optimization pipeline, we show that an 8B-parameter LLM can be fine-tuned to jointly perform solution generation and infeasibility detection. We further utilize LLM outputs as warm starts for downstream local search, providing a practical way to accelerate optimization even when the LLM outputs are imperfect. Experiments show that our fine-tuned model improves overall accuracy by up to 30\% over GPT-5.2; meanwhile LLM-guided warm starts provide up to $2\times$ speedup compared with starting from scratch in downstream local search.

Towards AI Search Paradigm

arXiv:2506.17188v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: In this paper, we introduce the AI Search Paradigm, a comprehensive blueprint for next-generation search systems capable of emulating human information processing and decision-making. The paradigm employs a modular architecture of four LLM-powered agents (Master, Planner, Executor and Writer) that dynamically adapt to the full spectrum of information needs, from simple factual queries to complex multi-stage reasoning tasks. These agents collaborate dynamically through coordinated workflows to evaluate query complexity, decompose problems into executable plans, and orchestrate tool usage, task execution, and content synthesis. We systematically present key methodologies for realizing this paradigm, including task planning and tool integration, execution strategies, aligned and robust retrieval-augmented generation, and efficient LLM inference, spanning both algorithmic techniques and infrastructure-level optimizations. By providing an in-depth guide to these foundational components, this work aims to inform the development of trustworthy, adaptive, and scalable AI search systems.

AudAgent: Automated Auditing of Privacy Policy Compliance in AI Agents

arXiv:2511.07441v5 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: AI agents can autonomously perform tasks and, often without explicit user consent, collect or disclose users' sensitive local data, which raises serious privacy concerns. Although AI agents' privacy policies describe their intended data practices, there remains limited transparency and accountability about whether runtime behavior matches those policies. To bridge this gap, we present AudAgent, a tool that continuously monitors AI agents' data practices in real time and guards compliance with their stated privacy policies. AudAgent comprises four components for automated privacy auditing of AI agents. (i) Policy formalization: a novel cross-LLM voting mechanism that ensures high-confidence parsing of privacy policies into formal models. (ii) Runtime annotation: a lightweight Presidio-based analyzer that detects sensitive data and annotates data practices based on the AI agent's context and the formalized privacy policy model. (iii) Compliance auditing: ontology graphs and automata-based checking that link the privacy policy model with runtime annotations, enabling on-the-fly compliance verification. (iv) User interface: an infrastructure-independent implementation that visualizes the real-time execution trace of AI agents alongside detected privacy violations, providing user-friendly transparency and accountability. We evaluate AudAgent on AI agents built with mainstream frameworks, demonstrating its effectiveness in detecting and visualizing privacy policy violations. Using AudAgent, we further find that many privacy policies lack explicit safeguards for highly sensitive data such as SSNs, whose misuse violates legal requirements, and that many agents, including those powered by Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek,do not refuse to process such data via third-party tools. AudAgent proactively blocks operations on such data, overriding the agents' original privacy policies and behavior.
