PromptForge-350k: A Large-Scale Dataset and Contrastive Framework for Prompt-Based AI Image Forgery Localization
arXiv:2603.29386v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: The rapid democratization of prompt-based AI image editing has recently exacerbated the risks associated with malicious content fabrication and misinformation. However, forgery localization methods targeting these emerging editing techniques remain significantly under-explored. To bridge this gap, we first introduce a fully automated mask annotating framework that leverages keypoint alignment and semantic space similarity to generate precise gro

ABSTRACT
Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have significantly improved the clinical outcomes for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, patient heterogeneity and the limitations of current biomarkers contribute to variations in therapeutic responses. Identifying potential beneficiaries of immunotherapy and predicting efficacy remain critical challenges. In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly applied in cancer treatment, particularly for modeling clinical data and predicting patient prognosis. By integrating multi-omics data such as radiomics, pathomics, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and microbiomics, AI enables comprehensive biomarker discovery and facilitates prediction of immunotherapy responses and potential toxicities in NSCLC patients. Despite these advancements, challenges such as data standardization, limited interpretability, and technical barriers persist. This review summarizes the application of AI in predicting immunotherapy efficacy for NSCLC patients and discusses the challenges and future directions in the context of precision medicine.

β-hydroxybutyrate enhances the metabolic fitness of CAR T cells in cancer
β-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), the ketone body associated with a ketogenic diet, metabolically reprograms and fuels CAR T cells to achieve proliferation, cytokine production, and superior tumor control. These findings suggest that BHB supplementation may be a practical way to boost adoptive cancer immunotherapy.

Adaptation of Agentic AI: A Survey of Post-Training, Memory, and Skills
arXiv:2512.16301v3 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Large language model (LLM) agents are moving beyond prompting alone. ChatGPT marked the rise of general-purpose LLM assistants, DeepSeek showed that on-policy reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards can improve reasoning and tool use, and OpenClaw highlights a newer direction in which agents accumulate persistent memory and reusable skills. Yet the research landscape remains fragmented across post-training, retrieval, memory, and skill

Taming Modality Entanglement in Continual Audio-Visual Segmentation
arXiv:2510.17234v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Recently, significant progress has been made in multi-modal continual learning, aiming to learn new tasks sequentially in multi-modal settings while preserving performance on previously learned ones. However, existing methods mainly focus on coarse-grained tasks, with limitations in addressing modality entanglement in fine-grained continual learning settings. To bridge this gap, we introduce a novel Continual Audio-Visual Segmentation (C

Agentic AI as a Cybersecurity Attack Surface: Threats, Exploits, and Defenses in Runtime Supply Chains
arXiv:2602.19555v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Agentic systems built on large language models (LLMs) extend beyond text generation to autonomously retrieve information and invoke tools. This runtime execution model shifts the attack surface from build-time artifacts to inference-time dependencies, exposing agents to manipulation through untrusted data and probabilistic capability resolution. While prior work has focused on model-level vulnerabilities, security risks emerging from cyclic and

FlowHOI: Flow-based Semantics-Grounded Generation of Hand-Object Interactions for Dexterous Robot Manipulation
arXiv:2602.13444v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Recent vision-language-action (VLA) models can generate plausible end-effector motions, yet they often fail in long-horizon, contact-rich tasks because the underlying hand-object interaction (HOI) structure is not explicitly represented. An embodiment-agnostic interaction representation that captures this structure would make manipulation behaviors easier to validate and transfer across robots. We propose FlowHOI, a two-stage flow-matching frame

Experiential Reinforcement Learning
arXiv:2602.13949v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Reinforcement learning has become the central approach for language models (LMs) to learn from environmental reward or feedback. In practice, the environmental feedback is usually sparse and delayed. Learning from such signals is challenging, as LMs must implicitly infer how observed failures should translate into behavioral changes for future iterations. We introduce Experiential Reinforcement Learning (ERL), a training paradigm that embeds an

On the Eligibility of LLMs for Counterfactual Reasoning: A Decompositional Study
arXiv:2505.11839v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Counterfactual reasoning has emerged as a crucial technique for generalizing the reasoning capabilities of large language models (LLMs). By generating and analyzing counterfactual scenarios, researchers can assess the adaptability and reliability of model decision-making. Although prior work has shown that LLMs often struggle with counterfactual reasoning, it remains unclear which factors most significantly impede their performance across diff
