BlueLM-GUI Technical Report: A Real-Device-Centric Flywheel for Self-Improving Mobile GUI Agents

arXiv:2609.12394v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Mobile GUI agents are shifting from multi-module frameworks to native models trained end-to-end, yet industrial deployment faces three persistent gaps. Sandbox training produces a distribution mismatch with production environments; expensive real-device failures remain underutilized; and fixed benchmarks saturate, losing the power to guide iteration. We present BlueLM-GUI, a 35B-A3B mobile GUI agent built as a real-device-centric flywheel that closes these gaps through three principles. Every Sample Matters: a dual-track pipeline with Heterogeneous Triple-System Consensus evaluation and an Error Correction \& Derivation Module salvages every trajectory into usable supervision. Every Rollout Is Real: a three-stage recipe---continual pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, and agentic reinforcement learning on hundreds of real phones---grounds every rollout in real production environments, so the capability the model learns transfers directly to deployment. Every Query Evolves: a quota-driven benchmark methodology with three orthogonal axes enables precise attribution and allows the benchmark to be systematically upgraded as the model improves. BlueLM-GUI achieves 87.4 on MobileGUI-VBench, surpassing the best closed-source model by 5.1 points, and 84.9 on AndroidWorld, the best result among open-source models and competitive with closed-source models. These results demonstrate that grounding model training and iterative improvement in both real devices and the three Every principles yields strong, robust, and transferable mobile GUI capability.

All Leaks Count, Some Count More: Interpretable Temporal Contamination Detection and Mitigation in LLM Backtesting

arXiv:2602.17234v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Backtesting LLMs on resolved events assumes models reason only from pre-cutoff knowledge, yet pretrained models inevitably leak post-cutoff knowledge. We introduce a claim-level evaluation framework that decomposes prediction rationales into atomic claims and applies Shapley values to quantify each claim's decision impact, yielding \textbf{Shapley-DCLR} (\textbf{Shapley}-weighted \textbf{D}ecision-\textbf{C}ritical \textbf{L}eakage \textbf{R}ate) -- an interpretable metric measuring what fraction of decision-driving reasoning is contaminated. We further propose \textbf{TimeSPEC} (\textbf{Time}-\textbf{S}upervised \textbf{P}rediction with \textbf{E}xtracted \textbf{C}laims), an inference-time architecture that interleaves temporally-filtered retrieval with claim-level supervision, producing predictions grounded entirely in pre-cutoff evidence. Across three LLMs, the ablation experiments confirm retrieval and supervision are jointly necessary; and a three-task probe further illstrates that the performance cost of temporal enforcement scales with each task's reliance on post-cutoff information.

Unified Medical Image Segmentation with State Space Modeling Snake

arXiv:2507.12760v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Unified Medical Image Segmentation (UMIS) is critical for comprehensive anatomical assessment but faces challenges due to multi-scale structural heterogeneity. Conventional pixel-based approaches, lacking object-level anatomical insight and inter-organ relational modeling, struggle with morphological complexity and feature conflicts, limiting their efficacy in UMIS. We propose Mamba Snake, a novel deep snake framework enhanced by state space modeling for UMIS. Mamba Snake frames multi-contour evolution as a hierarchical state space atlas, effectively modeling macroscopic inter-organ topological relationships and microscopic contour refinements. We introduce a snake-specific vision state space module, the Mamba Evolution Block (MEB), which leverages effective spatiotemporal information aggregation for adaptive refinement of complex morphologies. Energy map shape priors further ensure robust long-range contour evolution in heterogeneous data. Additionally, a dual-classification synergy mechanism is incorporated to concurrently optimize detection and segmentation, mitigating under-segmentation of microstructures in UMIS. Extensive evaluations across five clinical datasets reveal Mamba Snake's superior performance, with an average Dice improvement of 3\% over state-of-the-art methods.
