LLMs Judge Themselves: A Game-Theoretic Framework for Human-Aligned Evaluation

arXiv:2510.15746v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Ideal or real - that is the question. In this work, we explore whether principles from game theory can be effectively applied to the evaluation of large language models (LLMs). This inquiry is motivated by the growing inadequacy of conventional evaluation practices, which often rely on fixed-format tasks with reference answers and struggle to capture the nuanced, subjective, and open-ended nature of modern LLM behavior. To address these challenges, we propose a novel alternative: automatic mutual evaluation, where LLMs assess each other's output through self-play and peer review. These peer assessments are then systematically compared with human voting behavior to evaluate their alignment with human judgment. Our framework incorporates game-theoretic voting algorithms to aggregate peer reviews, enabling a principled investigation into whether model-generated rankings reflect human preferences. Empirical results reveal both convergences and divergences between theoretical predictions and human evaluations, offering valuable insights into the promises and limitations of mutual evaluation. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to jointly integrate mutual evaluation, game-theoretic aggregation, and human-grounded validation for evaluating the capabilities of LLMs.

InterReal: A Unified Physics-Based Imitation Framework for Learning Human-Object Interaction Skills

arXiv:2603.07516v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Interaction is one of the core abilities of humanoid robots. However, most existing frameworks focus on non-interactive whole-body control, which limits their practical applicability. In this work, we develop InterReal, a unified physics-based imitation learning framework for Real-world human-object Interaction (HOI) control. InterReal enables humanoid robots to track HOI reference motions, facilitating the learning of fine-grained interactive skills and their deployment in real-world settings. Within this framework, we first introduce a HOI motion data augmentation scheme with hand-object contact constraints, and utilize the augmented motions to improve policy stability under object perturbations. Second, we propose an automatic reward learner to address the challenge of large-scale reward shaping. A meta-policy guided by critical tracking error metrics explores and allocates reward signals to the low-level reinforcement learning objective, which enables more effective learning of interactive policies. Experiments on HOI tasks of box-picking and box-pushing demonstrate that InterReal achieves the best tracking accuracy and the highest task success rate compared to recent baselines. Furthermore, we validate the framework on the real-world robot Unitree G1, which demonstrates its practical effectiveness and robustness beyond simulation.

Intelligent Pathological Diagnosis of Gestational Trophoblastic Diseases via Visual-Language Deep Learning Model

arXiv:2603.02704v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: The pathological diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic disease(GTD) takes a long time, relies heavily on the experience of pathologists, and the consistency of initial diagnosis is low, which seriously threatens maternal health and reproductive outcomes. We developed an expert model for GTD pathological diagnosis, named GTDoctor. GTDoctor can perform pixel-based lesion segmentation on pathological slides, and output diagnostic conclusions and personalized pathological analysis results. We developed a software system, GTDiagnosis, based on this technology and conducted clinical trials. The retrospective results demonstrated that GTDiagnosis achieved a mean precision of over 0.91 for lesion detection in pathological slides (n=679 slides). In prospective studies, pathologists using GTDiagnosis attained a Positive Predictive Value of 95.59% (n=68 patients). The tool reduced average diagnostic time from 56 to 16 seconds per case (n=285 patients). GTDoctor and GTDiagnosis offer a novel solution for GTD pathological diagnosis, enhancing diagnostic performance and efficiency while maintaining clinical interpretability.
