AI Model Modulation with Logits Redistribution
arXiv:2603.12755v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Large-scale models are typically adapted to meet the diverse requirements of model owners and users. However, maintaining multiple specialized versions of the model is inefficient. In response, we propose AIM, a novel model modulation paradigm that enables a single model to exhibit diverse behaviors to meet the specific end requirements. AIM enables two key modulation modes: utility and focus modulations. The former provides model owners with dyna

Mastering Negation: Boosting Grounding Models via Grouped Opposition-Based Learning
arXiv:2603.12606v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Current vision-language detection and grounding models predominantly focus on prompts with positive semantics and often struggle to accurately interpret and ground complex expressions containing negative semantics. A key reason for this limitation is the lack of high-quality training data that explicitly captures discriminative negative samples and negation-aware language descriptions. To address this challenge, we introduce D-Negation, a new

Hierarchical Dual-Change Collaborative Learning for UAV Scene Change Captioning
arXiv:2603.12832v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: This paper proposes a novel task for UAV scene understanding - UAV Scene Change Captioning (UAV-SCC) - which aims to generate natural language descriptions of semantic changes in dynamic aerial imagery captured from a movable viewpoint. Unlike traditional change captioning that mainly describes differences between image pairs captured from a fixed camera viewpoint over time, UAV scene change captioning focuses on image-pair differences resulting

Geometry-Guided Camera Motion Understanding in VideoLLMs
arXiv:2603.13119v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Camera motion is a fundamental geometric signal that shapes visual perception and cinematic style, yet current video-capable vision-language models (VideoLLMs) rarely represent it explicitly and often fail on fine-grained motion primitives. We address this gap with a framework of $\textbf{benchmarking}$, $\textbf{diagnosis}$, and $\textbf{injection}$. Multi-Agent Guided Policy Optimization
arXiv:2507.18059v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Due to practical constraints such as partial observability and limited communication, Centralized Training with Decentralized Execution (CTDE) has become the dominant paradigm in cooperative Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL). ABSTRACT
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most lethal malignancies worldwide, and its progression is closely linked to the establishment of an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Myristoylated alanine-rich C kinase substrate (MARCKS) has been implicated in tumor biology; however, its role in regulating immune interactions in HCC remains poorly defined. Here, we performed an integrated multi-omics analysis combining bulk transcriptomics, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics to systematically investigate the expression pattern and functional relevance of MARCKS in HCC. We found that MARCKS was significantly upregulated in HCC tissues and that high MARCKS expression was associated with aggressive clinicopathological features and unfavorable prognosis. Single-cell and spatial analyses revealed that MARCKS expression was enriched in myeloid cell populations within the tumor microenvironment. Functional annotation and mIF(Multiple immunofluorescence) validation demonstrated that MARCKS expression was associated with enhanced JAK/STAT3 signaling and M2-like macrophage polarization. Consistently, MARCKS silencing in HCC cell lines reduced STAT3 phosphorylation, suppressed malignant phenotypes in vitro, inhibited tumor growth in vivo, and diminished the capacity of tumor-derived conditioned media to promote macrophage M2 polarization. Together, these findings identify MARCKS as a key regulator of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment in HCC and highlight its potential as a therapeutic target for overcoming immune evasion.

Machine Learning for Stress Testing: Uncertainty Decomposition in Causal Panel Prediction
arXiv:2603.07438v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Regulatory stress testing requires projecting credit losses under hypothetical macroeconomic scenarios -- a fundamentally causal question typically treated as a prediction problem. We propose a framework for policy-path counterfactual inference in panels that transparently separates what can be learned from data from what requires assumptions about confounding. Our approach has four components: (i) observational identification of path-conditional

This raises a natural question: can we similarly scale compute to elicit gains in truthfulness for domains without convenient verification? We report a counter-intuitive trend: on medical visual question answering, CoT frequently underperforms direct answering (DirA) across general-purpose and medical-specific models. We attribute this to a \emph{medical perception bottleneck}: subtle, domain-specific cue
