RLJP: Legal Judgment Prediction via First-Order Logic Rule-enhanced with Large Language Models

arXiv:2505.21281v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Legal Judgment Prediction (LJP) is a pivotal task in legal AI. Existing semantic-enhanced LJP models integrate judicial precedents and legal knowledge for high performance. But they neglect legal reasoning logic, a critical component of legal judgments requiring rigorous logical analysis. Although some approaches utilize legal reasoning logic for high-quality predictions, their logic rigidity hinders adaptation to case-specific logical frameworks, particularly in complex cases that are lengthy and detailed. This paper proposes a rule-enhanced legal judgment prediction framework based on first-order logic (FOL) formalism and comparative learning (CL) to develop an adaptive adjustment mechanism for legal judgment logic and further enhance performance in LJP. Inspired by the process of human exam preparation, our method follows a three-stage approach: first, we initialize judgment rules using the FOL formalism to capture complex reasoning logic accurately; next, we propose a Confusion-aware Contrastive Learning (CACL) to dynamically optimize the judgment rules through a quiz consisting of confusable cases; finally, we utilize the optimized judgment rules to predict legal judgments. Experimental results on two public datasets show superior performance across all metrics. The code is publicly available{https://anonymous.4open.science/r/RLJP-FDF1}.

CodecFlow: Efficient Bandwidth Extension via Conditional Flow Matching in Neural Codec Latent Space

arXiv:2603.02022v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Speech Bandwidth Extension improves clarity and intelligibility by restoring/inferring appropriate high-frequency content for low-bandwidth speech. Existing methods often rely on spectrogram or waveform modeling, which can incur higher computational cost and have limited high-frequency fidelity. Neural audio codecs offer compact latent representations that better preserve acoustic detail, yet accurately recovering high-resolution latent information remains challenging due to representation mismatch. We present CodecFlow, a neural codec-based BWE framework that performs efficient speech reconstruction in a compact latent space. CodecFlow employs a voicing-aware conditional flow converter on continuous codec embeddings and a structure-constrained residual vector quantizer to improve latent alignment stability. Optimized end-to-end, CodecFlow achieves strong spectral fidelity and enhanced perceptual quality on 8 kHz to 16 kHz and 44.1 kHz speech BWE tasks.

Ev-Trust: An Evolutionary Stable Trust Mechanism for Decentralized LLM-Based Multi-Agent Service Economies

arXiv:2512.16167v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Autonomous LLM-based agents are increasingly engaging in decentralized service interactions to collaboratively execute complex tasks. However, the intrinsic instability and low-cost generativity of LLMs introduce a systemic vulnerability, where self-interested agents are incentivized to pursue short-term gains through deceptive behaviors. Such strategies can rapidly proliferate within the population and precipitate a systemic trust collapse. To address this, we propose Ev-Trust, a strategy-equilibrium trust mechanism grounded in evolutionary game theory. Ev-Trust constructs a dynamic feedback loop that couples trust evaluation with evolutionary incentives, embedding interaction history and reputation directly into the agent's expected revenue function. This mechanism fundamentally reshapes the revenue structure, converting trustworthiness into a decisive survival advantage that suppresses short-sightedness. We provide a rigorous theoretical foundation based on the Replicator Dynamics, proving the asymptotic stability of Evolutionary Stable Strategies (ESS) that favor cooperation. Experimental results indicate that Ev-Trust effectively eliminates malicious strategies and enhances collective revenue, exhibiting resilience against the invasion of mutant behaviors.
